Key Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce accurate parts according to
production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and CNC programs.
• Select appropriate tools, materials, fixtures, feeds, and speeds for machining operations.
• Load programs, adjust machine settings, and make offsets as needed to maintain part
quality.
• Perform turning and milling operations to produce components to specification.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and quality control procedures to verify
conformance.
• Document inspection results, production activity, and any quality or machining issues as
required.
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean, safe,
and organized.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot machining
issues and improve processes.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and documentation standards.
Qualifications
• Experience operating CNC equipment in a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Strong machine operation and machinery handling skills.
• Proficiency in CNC turning and milling for precision part production.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs.
• Knowledge of tooling, materials, feeds, and speeds commonly used in metalworking.
• Experience with quality control processes, including measuring, inspecting, and
documenting part conformance.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safe work
practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Reliable attendance and availability for full-time, on-site work.
• Vocational or technical training in machining is preferred
