## Responsibilities
Set up and operate digital printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make adjustments as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on digital printing equipment.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Maintain accurate records of production runs, including job tickets and inventory usage.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the printing process.
Assist in training new team members on digital press operations and best practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in printing technology is a plus.
Proven experience as a Digital Press Operator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital printing processes and equipment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
