The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Team:
RTX has an opening for a Digital Early Engagement Project Manager – Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality (Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Transformation. Join our Enterprise Application Services (EAS) Value Management Office (VMO).
The role of the project manager is focused on the early stages of the project lifecycle including solution definition and cost and schedule planning. The VMO is part of an enterprise shared services organization that is responsible for leading significant business transformation application projects that make positive impacts across the company. These projects span the RTX businesses, Corporate Functions, and Enterprise Services, supporting both Enterprise as well as business-specific solutions.
This position will be responsible for our portfolio of projects in the Engineering, Supply Chain, Operation and Quality areas. Using our corporate project management processes and methods, the Early Engagement Project Manager will lead cross-functional multi-business teams, collaborating at all levels of the Enterprise to set the foundation for project success and satisfied partners. The Early Engagement PM is ultimately responsible for initiating and planning the project and enabling the internal partner organization to achieve their objectives and realize business value.

Typically a Minimum of 10+ year’s in the digital arena and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or similar discipline or equivalent combination of related and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree in 7+ years' related work experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Demonstrated skill working with technical teams to define and implement DT solution architectures, including software development, software configuration and integration, and DT infrastructure implementations
