What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and service marine and industrial diesel equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support customers after the sale.
• Follow service manuals and schematics to complete repairs safely.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
• Work with a small, team-focused group that supports each other.

What We’re Looking For

• Diesel technicians with 3+ years of experience — agriculture and heavy equipment backgrounds encouraged.
• Mechanics known for reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
• Team players willing to jump in and help when needed.
• Individuals with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Rebuild experience is highly valued — but attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.
