Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Associate to assist with the teardown of high-horsepower diesel engines. Responsibilities include engine disassembly, cleaning components, inspecting parts, and supporting daily manufacturing operations while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Disassemble high-horsepower diesel engines using hand tools.

• Clean and inspect engine components for quality.

• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Identify and report equipment issues and quality concerns.

• Meet production targets and follow standard work procedures.

• Work with team members to support manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Mechanically inclined with basic mechanical knowledge.

• Experience working with engines or mechanical equipment preferred.

• Knowledge of hand tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new skills.

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
