## Responsibilities
Set up and adjust dies in stamping and machining equipment according to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on dies and machinery.

Document setup procedures and maintain accurate records of production runs.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Train and mentor junior staff on die setting techniques and best practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Die Setter or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of machining processes and die setup techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
