Die Setter – 1st Shift
Location: Elkhart, IN
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $28.00 / hour (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Non-exempt (Minimum 40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities
Setup & Tooling: Install, align, and safely remove metal stamping dies from presses using hand tools and lift trucks.
Machine Calibration: Adjust ram stroke, feed length, transfer systems, and machinery settings to match technical part prints.
Quality Assurance: Run test samples and conduct quality audits using calipers, micrometers, and indicators to ensure parts conform to print specifications.
Maintenance & Changeovers: Inspect machinery, complete minor equipment repairs, perform tooling changeovers, and maintain dies and presses.
Safety Protocols: Follow strict safety standards, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and emergency-stop protocols at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of direct metal stamping die-setting experience.
Technical Aptitude: Skilled in using mechanical hand tools, lift trucks, and precision measuring devices.
Professional Attributes: Self-motivated team player, detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to master new skills.
