Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust dies for various production runs, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on dies and related equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor production output and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Operate overhead crane
• Document setup procedures and maintain accurate records of production runs.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Die Setter or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Overhead crane experience required
• Strong understanding of die setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
