Job Description

Supervises activities of Die Maintenance Technicians. Provides guidance and training to ensure that all dies are capable of producing quality parts. Must meet daily work schedules and produce quality work while ensuring the safety of the employees. Troubleshoots equipment failures and implements new mehtods and repair strategies to optimize time.

Hand Grinding/Finishing, Machininig capabiity including manual lathe experinece required. Ability to read, interpret, and make parts from die blueprints. Prior experience leading or supervising a team.
