Overview

We are seeking 6 Die Helpers to join our team in Roseville, MI. As a Die Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process in building stamping dies, maintenance, and operation of die equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and teardown of die equipment for production runs.
• Run hand grinders
• Assist die makers in spotting stamping dies
• Set dies into stamping presses
• Support machine operators in the operation of die presses and related equipment.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a tool room or Die experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with die equipment.

You should be proficient in:

• Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
