Responsible for overseeing daily die-cutting operations in a high-volume envelope manufacturing environment. Managed production personnel, machine performance, quality standards, and workflow to ensure production goals were met safely and efficiently.

• Supervised die-cutting operators and production staff across multiple shifts.

• Scheduled and coordinated daily production activities to meet customer deadlines and company objectives.

• Monitored machine performance and worked with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

• Ensured proper setup, operation, and troubleshooting of die-cutting equipment.

• Maintained quality standards through regular inspections and adherence to production specifications.

• Trained and mentored employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best manufacturing practices.

• Enforced workplace safety regulations and maintained compliance with company policies.

• Analyzed production metrics and implemented process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

• Coordinated with production planning, quality, and maintenance departments to optimize workflow.

• Managed staffing, performance evaluations, attendance, and employee development.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
