Job Description

Position: Die Cutter Operator 

Summary:
Operate and maintain Delta ModTech die-cutting equipment to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up rotary, semi rotary, and sheeted die-cutting jobs.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Install and align dies, tooling, and web materials.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete production records and quality documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, GMP, and company policies.
• Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
• Experience with die cutting, web converting, or printing equipment is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read measuring devices and production specifications.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
