Overview

We are seeking a skilled Die-Cutter to join our dynamic team in Little Rock, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining die-cutting machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Bobst die-cutting machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to set up machines accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery to minimize downtime.
• Utilize tape measures and other measuring tools to ensure precision in production.
• Perform manual machining tasks as needed to support production processes.
• Set up and operate CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC lathes (2-4 axis) as required.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bobst Die-Cutter or in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and fix mechanical issues.
• Proficient in reading tape measures and technical drawings.
• Experience with manual machining and CNC operations (3-4 axis VMC and 2-4 axis lathe).
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
