Responsibilities

• Set up and operate die casting machines according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing preferred.
• Previous experience as a die cast machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
