Die Cast Setup/Lead – 2nd Shift

We a looking for a lead person in our Die Casting Department. This is an entry level leadership position with the opportunity to learn about the casting process and grow into an advanced technician, a supervisor, or both.

No casting experience required.

Our Die Cast Lead is responsible for

Overseeing operators and production
Performing machine setups
Supporting quality control
Running production equipment

We’ll teach you

Machine setup and start up
Robot programming
Process monitoring and engineering
Metrology

Requirements

Mechanical experience/aptitude
Basic leadership/supervisory experience
Strong command of spoken and written English

Preferred

Casting, injection molding, or other manufacturing experience
Machine/equipment setup or maintenance experience
Conversational Spanish, Vietnamese, or Khmer
