Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the continent’s leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation, seeks a Development Fundraising Associate in Mississippi with the following primary fundraising responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of fundraising or related experience, with an emphasis on non-profit engagement and a strong outdoors/conservation ethic. Additional qualifications include:
Successful candidates will be self-starters who can work independently and as part of a team, and are driven to succeed. Familiarity with the DU event system, experience with fundraising events, established relationships in local communities, and an interest in outdoor conservation activities are also desired.
Selected candidates should have the desire and ability to travel in Mississippi and will be expected to reside in a mutually agreed-upon location within the assigned work area, with preference given to Central Mississippi.
