We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated people who enjoy the relationship selling environment. We offer you the opportunity to provide unique and exciting decorating solutions to our customers.
Previous Design and Sales experience is not required. Bassett offers Interior Design certification and training. Through one on one coaching and educational development, we will help you build relationships with customers to help them reflect their own personal sense of style. Bassett also continues your training throughout your employment with updates on product knowledge as well as Design and Sales Techniques.
With our generous commission-based compensation plan, your income will be limited only by the amount of effort you apply. For example, a design consultant who averages $50,000 in sales per month will earn about $42,000 annually. A monthly sales average of $70,000 generates an annual income of about $67,000 *.
Full time and part time positions with flexible schedules are usually available.
