Job Overview:

Denver Delivery Rep & Production Associate - Fort Collins Based

Position Summary 

The Denver Delivery Representative (Fort Collins based) plays a dual-role supporting both internal beer/material deliveries to our Denver taprooms and Production Associate operations as needed. This position is responsible for safely operating a commercial delivery vehicle, loading/unloading product, maintaining delivery equipment, and ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and local/state/federal regulations. When supporting Production, this role will provide support to any and all departments. Tasks will vary depending on daily needs. The schedule for this position will be 1-2 Denver transfer shifts and 1-2 Production shifts weekly. 

Weekly scheduled hours will range between 24-29 hours.

Delivery Representative Essential Functions


  • Deliver beer, materials, supplies, and other products between the Fort Collins brewery and Denver taproom locations, including loading, securing, transporting, unloading, and properly placing products

  • Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle in accordance with company policies, established safety practices, and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations

  • Complete deliveries accurately, efficiently, and according to established schedules and transfer requests

    • Verify products and quantities and report discrepancies or damages

  • Coordinate and communicate with taproom and production teams regarding delivery timing, product needs, special requests, and delivery-related issues

  • Maintain and clean assigned delivery vehicles and equipment

    • Complete required daily vehicle inspections, and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns

  • Manage and organize transfer requests, comply with company policies and procedures, and create and cultivate an inclusive environment for all guests, co-workers, and community


Production Associate Essential Functions

  • Support all production departments with daily operational needs 

  • Perform cleaning and organization of production areas, equipment, tools, and workspaces in accordance with company procedures 

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout production facilities 

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as needed

  • Perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing 

  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors regarding production needs, equipment issues, safety concerns, and task completion 


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Valid Driver’s License 

  • Clean driving record - no DUI’s 

  • Must work as a team player 

  • Demonstrated positive, motivated, hardworking, and collaborative attitude

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job

  • This position is very active with repetitive motion and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day

  • Must have the ability to safely drive and operate large commercial box trucks

  • Must frequently lift and/or move items over 160 pounds

  • Must complete a pre-employment assessment to determine physical fitness and ability to perform the duties of the position

  • Ability to work long hours on your feet

  • Ability to work in a hot, wet, and loud environment

  • Ability to remain focused and level-headed under demanding situations

COMPENSATION 


Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Odell’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Hourly Rate: 

$21.00/hr
