As a demand planning analyst for the Simplot Global Food Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team, you will be in a strategic role that stretches your analytical expertise and your relationship building abilities to successfully work across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Project Management, and Supply Chain. You will use quantitative data analysis and market intelligence to recommend adjustments to customer demand forecasts and predict sales trends. Eliminating bias and reducing forecast error are our key metrics for success, but you will also be called upon to run complex scenarios and present data and recommendations in a way that will effectively enable our business leaders to make the best decisions possible. Successful incumbents will quickly build relationships and establish themselves as a trusted Supply Chain advisor to the business and position the company to meet the future demands of our customers. Must reside in Boise, Idaho or be willing to relocate.
