Delivery Truck Driver

Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Delivery Truck Driver employee to join its U.S. Shoring & Equipment team in Euless, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for pickup and delivery of a wide variety of equipment to and from various customer locations, vendors, and job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport trench safety equipment, trench boxes, road plates, and Barbco boring

  machines to and from job-sites

• Load and unload equipment using proper rigging, securement, and job-site awareness

• Plan loads based on delivery sequence to ensure efficient and safe job-site unloading

• Perform daily DOT inspections and maintain trucks in clean, road-ready condition

• Complete all required delivery paperwork accurately and on time

• Communicate with customers, sales, and yard teams to ensure smooth deliveries and pickups

• Identify and report equipment damage, safety concerns, or service needs

  
  

Qualifications/Skills:

• CDL Class A with clean driving record (required)
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Experience hauling construction equipment and/or oversized loads preferred
• Strong awareness of load securement and job-site safety
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing on equipment, and navigating active job sites
• Takes pride in doing things right—especially when no one is watching
• Communicates professionally with customers and teammates
• Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
• Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.
• Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.
