Next Move Workforce Solutions is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate position! This is a great opportunity for candidates with delivery driving, warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or general labor experience.

🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• 🚚 Safely operate a delivery vehicle to make local deliveries
• 📦 Touch freight — loading and unloading products is required
• 💪 Lift, carry, move, and handle products throughout the day
• 🏗️ Load and unload trucks using proper safety procedures
• 📋 Count and verify inventory
• 🔎 Check orders for accuracy before deliveries
• 📦 Pull, stage, organize, and prepare orders for shipment
• 🧹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• 🏭 Assist with general warehouse duties when deliveries are not scheduled
• 🤝 Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to keep operations moving
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

👀 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Previous delivery, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience is a plus
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Ability to regularly lift and move heavy products
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail when counting inventory and checking orders
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Willingness to help wherever needed

Don't have extensive delivery experience? That's okay! Candidates with strong warehouse, general labor, material-handling, or shipping/receiving experience are encouraged to apply.

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

This is a hands-on position where you'll split your time between deliveries and warehouse operations. When you're not out making deliveries, you'll be an important part of the warehouse team.
