Deep Draw Transfer Press Die Setter/Operator (Setup & Troubleshooting)

**Introduction: **Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Deep Draw Transfer Press Operator for a growing manufacturer in Fenton, Michigan. Shift/Schedule/Hours:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday – Friday
• No weekends
• Overtime opportunities available during the week (not mandatory)

Pay Rate/Salary:

• $25.00 – $35.00/hour, based on experience

**Summary of Position/Job: **As a Deep Draw Transfer Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining deep draw transfer press equipment to ensure efficient production and consistent quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring previous experience with deep draw transfer presses and the ability to independently troubleshoot production issues.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate deep draw transfer press equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Work safely while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of deep draw transfer press experience is required.
• Proven experience with machine setup and troubleshooting is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Candidates without deep draw transfer press experience will not be considered.
