Job Overview:

Deep Draw Hydraulic Press Operator $25/hour

We are helping our client search for an experienced Deep Draw Hydraulic Press Operator.

This position is responsible for safely operating deep draw hydraulic press equipment to manufacture high-quality metal components. The role requires previous hands-on deep draw hydraulic press experience, strong attention to quality, and the ability to safely operate and monitor production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate assigned deep draw hydraulic press machines according to production schedules and work instructions.
  • Load raw materials and monitor machine cycles to ensure proper operation.
  • Inspect finished parts for defects, dimensions, and overall quality.
  • Perform routine machine checks and basic preventative maintenance.
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate production records and required documentation.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized according to 5S standards.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and quality goals.

Requirements

  • Previous hands-on deep draw hydraulic press experience is required.
  • Experience operating hydraulic press equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to safely operate industrial production equipment and follow established work instructions.
  • Ability to inspect finished parts and identify defects or quality concerns.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to recognize when equipment is not operating properly.
  • Ability to read and follow production instructions, specifications, and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
  • Ability to maintain accurate production records.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a manufacturing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience performing press setup, changeovers, or basic machine adjustments.
  • Familiarity with 5S, preventative maintenance, and manufacturing quality standards.

This position is best suited for someone with hands-on deep draw hydraulic press experience who is comfortable working around large production equipment and understands the importance of safety, quality, and consistent production.
