CNC Manufacturing is an industry leading expert in the precision machining of performance critical parts in diverse industries, including dental, defense, and aerospace. 

Deburring Technicians are an integral part of the Secondary Operations Department.  Deburring Technicians inspect parts and remove burrs using hand tools, grinders, as well as some abrasive materials according to vendor specifications.  Experience is a plus, but willing to train!  Pay starts at $15/hr depending on experience.  This is a full time position,  but may consider two part time candidates.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Meticulously deburrs, smooths roughness and polishes product per vendor specs.
• Inspects parts and forwards to Quality for final inspection.
• Uses hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, sanders, grinders, files, etc.
• Utilizes microscope to inspect and detect flaws while deburring.

Requirements

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• Must possess a strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to read and understand specifications and measurements

Physical Demands:

• Requires repetitive manipulation of small products
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Frequent Standing
• Fine hand manipulation of product
• Lifting, moving up to 10 pounds
