Work with proposal offer owners and sales to get familiar with project scope, and supply chain to pre-qualify contractors appropriate to the scope of work.
Support site walkdowns with the appropriate potential vendors in order to obtain competitive bids for the scope of work required by the customer specification.
Create Scope of Work (SOW) documents that meet scope requirements based on industry knowledge, walkdowns, and input from the proposal offer owner,.
Evaluate vendor quotes for accuracy and work with the project teams to develop optimized outage plans and schedules.
Drive consistency and accuracy in the sub-contractor bidding process to improve project cost estimates while minimizing technical risk, and that drive best cost solutions
Manage relationships with existing sub-contractors and foster relationships with future potential sub-contractors to ensure best cost pricing and a cohesive approach to projects while optimizing the EPC proposal process
You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. You design feedback loops into work to deliver continuous improvement. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles, setbacks, and ambiguity. You establish and maintain effective relationships
BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10 years of relevant experience in either electrical or mechanical installation with emphasis in control systems and/or process operation
Familiarity with the Emerson Ovation™ platform, including space, power, and grounding considerations.
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $145,000- 160,000 commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
