What You’ll Do:

Lead & Inspire: Manage and guide a team of production employees to meet daily production goals, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Problem Solve in Real-Time: Tackle challenges as they arise, adapt quickly to changes and ensure productivity and quality standards are met.

Training & Coaching: Lead training sessions for new hires, focusing on safety, efficiency, and the skills required to perform at their best. Encourage continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Data Management: Utilize tools like ADP, Excel, and IQMS to track production data, review employee records, and monitor performance.

Communication: Keep your team informed with daily briefings on goals, updates, and priorities. Foster a culture of open communication, feedback, and collaboration.

Continuous Improvement: Drive efforts to maintain our factory’s cleanliness, efficiency, and safety standards by implementing Lean methodologies and best practices.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Education: College degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools, machines, and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (IQMS preferred).
  • Experience in 5S, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.

Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks as needed.

Problem Solving: Strong decision-making skills and adaptability to rapidly changing production demands.

Energy & Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude that motivates your team to thrive!

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Blow molding or injection molding experience.
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IQMS, MES, or similar systems.
  • Engineering degree or Six Sigma certification.
  • Multilingual (English, Spanish, or other languages).
