Lyle Machinery Co., is a diversified heavy equipment dealer headquartered in Richland, MS. We are family-owned and operated with 10 locations in 5 states and our family is growing!
LMC is looking for a Parts Counter Sales Rep. This position is vital to our operation because it's the first person our valued customers speak to as they walk-in to one of our locations, interact with our internal customers, as well as by telephone.
Duties:
- Customer focused candidate to represent and sell products and parts to walk-in and telephone customers as well as internal customers
- Will provide robust customer service by displaying a positive attitude to ensure the highest customer satisfaction possible
- Responsible for parts counter sales as well as walk in customer sales. Some deliveries of parts
- Unloading of whole goods freight
- Will develop and manage long term customer relationships
- Will maximize gross margin contribution through sales
- Provide customer follow up and product education
- Learn and execute financing options in order to assist customers
- Constantly strive to improve knowledge of features of all equipment and parts sold by dealership
Requirements

Preferred Experience:
- Comfort with mechanical issues
- 2 to 5 years parts/sales experience
