We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to be a part of Micron’s Enterprise Master Data (EMD) team, you will build and maintain high-quality master data used across the entire company. You will support the design and delivery of solutions that improve Micron's overall data quality. You are a problem-solver that brings innovative ideas that will accelerate value delivery and relentlessly focus on data quality & data management efficiency improvements.

As a Data Management Specialist you will implement and maintain an Engineering Change Notice System. These changes will include product improvements, repairs, and new product development. You will coordinate the interaction between engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and marketing to ensure appropriate changes are documented.

What's Encouraged Daily:

  • Lead master data creation and maintenance in a variety of source systems to support business teams in meeting operational objectives

  • Be a subject matter authority in the data assignment and in the systems used to handle the data

  • Maintain current EMD process and procedure documentation to drive clear understanding of master data management processes and concepts across the global organization and to support team member development

  • Prepare and present data results, conclusions and recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities to shareholders and leadership

  • Supervise and react to audits to ensure data integrity

  • Partner and build relationships with a wide variety the development of standards and business rules to outline data quality expectations

How to Qualify:

  • Position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
