• Monitor and maintain data center equipment including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certifications in IT or related fields preferred.
• Basic understanding of data center operations and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with server hardware, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
