Job Description:

Install, rack, cable, configure, and remove servers and network equipment.
Perform rack-and-stack and structured-cabling activities.
Install, label, trace, and troubleshoot copper and fiber-optic cabling.
Troubleshoot server hardware, network connectivity, and cabling issues.
Replace drives, memory, power supplies, network cards, cables, and related components.
Provide remote-hands support and respond to incidents, service requests, and tickets.
Support receiving, staging, deployment, moves, inventory, and equipment retirement.
Document completed work and follow security, safety, change, and escalation procedures.
