As a Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with local building codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
OSHA certification is a plus.
