**Role Overview:

**

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support reporting, data management, platform transition, and operational efficiency initiatives. This role will help improve the reliability, usability, and scalability of data and reporting across philanthropy-related systems and business processes including employee volunteering, corporate giving, and employee donations.
The contractor will work with business stakeholders, regional teams, platform owners, and analytics teams to support data-driven decision-making and improve existing reporting and data workflows.

**Key Responsibilities:

**

Support the United Way active campaign operational tasks including data organization, validation, processing, collaborate with vendor and internal teams, generate reports for funds disbursement and matching program
Support transition and migration of employee donations program into third party application, including historical data validation and analysis
Support initiatives to reduce manual Excel-based processes and improve data automation
Manage Power BI for reporting development, updates, enhancements, and stakeholder requests
Support master data improvements, including collaboration with IT, regional teams, and integration with existing data models
Assist with data governance and access management for reporting models and data lake assets
