Customer Supply Chain Manager: Walmart / Club / Value Channel (Northwest AR, Remote Work from Home)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The person in this position:

  • Oversees the management of proper placement of 70+ items in 70+ Walmart/Sam’s DCs. This person will work closely with the growing Walmart dotcom business as well.
  • Monitor KPIs (in-stock %, fill rate, on-time delivery) and drive issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies while working with the broader team, to creates solutions by minimizing excess stock, increasing productivity, and reduce customer fines.
  • Develops forecasting tools and data analytics to predict customer demand accurately, adjusting plans as necessary to align with market trends.
  • Manages item level forecasts and inputs in internal systems.
  • Use Retail Link, Scintilla, and other reporting tools to analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Manages Project Gigaton survey.
  • Assists with additional club and value customers’ forecasting and supply chain needs.
  • Assists customer service team with MABD changes and appointment scheduling.
  • Leads Monthly SQEP status meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain, Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Retail Link experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and generate cooperation.
  • Solid multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on a team as well as independently.
  • Strong sense of accountability, initiative taking, integrity and maturity.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under pressure.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel and general computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
  • 5+ years in supply chain management, with a focus on forecasting, replenishment, and analytics.
