Job Overview:

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and technical support to both our retail and retail base via phone, email, written correspondence and fax
- Provide a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department
- Participate in cross-training of tasks with in department
- Process dealer's parts orders and Warranty Claims
- Answer questions regarding claims via phone/email
- Record retention and reporting
- Miscellaneous office duties
- Learn product like from frame to final
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV, Buss or Commercial Vehicle parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
- Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
