Imperial USA is in search of enthusiastic and upbeat Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina! In this role, you will be working closely with customers and coordinating sales efforts.

• Pay: $60,000 – $70,000/year – negotiable based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• In office

The right candidate will have:

• Customer service experience  
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Customer focused, friendly, and upbeat
• Detailed oriented, exercising active listening skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Desire to learn, develop and surpass expectations

What you’ll be doing:

• Quickly and professionally answer inbound calls and taking customers’ orders
• Listen and respond attentively to customers' needs
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with team members
• Accurately enter data information from calls and set realistic expectations
• Problem solve and provide solutions
