Description

 

Responsible for acting as a liaison between our Sales Representatives and our manufacturing plant in Rockwall.  Assists with order processing, order status, complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, delivery, and other queries. 

 

Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact with sales representatives.
  • Sales order processing, including coordination of item specifications, production timing, delivery, and shipments.
  • Coordination of resolution of any quality questions or issues.
  • Reporting and analysis, providing information as required in support of customer. 
  • Coordinate with the internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters. 
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.
  • Assist with placement of orders, credits, returns and pickups.
  • Place or cancel orders and coordinate with proper departments.
  • Utilize ERP systems to communicate order status and shipping information.
  • Work closely with customer service colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer service is being delivered.
  • Assist in gathering information and generating reports. 
  • Perform purchasing duties as required. 

Qualifications


 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 5 years plus of experience providing customer service to multiple customers in a manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in the packaging industry is preferred.
  • Must be a positive and energetic individual that can work well with all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.  
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus not a requirement.
