Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- 3PL/warehouse background
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven 1-2+ years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
