Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lansing, MI

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr [Weekly Pay]

Shift Timings: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM [Monday to Friday]

Contract Duration: 07 Months [Temp-To-Hire]

Job Description:

• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.

• Handle high-volume customer calls and inquiries professionally.

• Enter and process customer orders accurately.

• Support product design and customization based on customer requirements.

• Develop pricing, pricing strategies, and cost analyses.

• Resolve customer issues and order discrepancies.

• Assist with production scheduling and manufacturing coordination.

• Learn manufacturing processes and machine capabilities.

• Perform calculations involving pricing, decimals, and fractions with accuracy.

• Maintain organized records and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Use Microsoft Office tools to support daily operations.
