Customer Service Representative
Newton County Stone - Rogers Group Inc. – Kentland, IN
Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates for our Customer Service Representative position in Kentland, Indiana. The successful candidate will be a motivated, safety conscious individual with good multi-tasking skills to operate our Truck Scale system, take customer orders, and dispatch trucks. They will perform general clerical duties in accordance with established procedures, requiring some judgement in the selection and interpretation of data.

The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6 AM CST to 4 PM CST, with Saturdays as needed, on a rotating basis. Hours and schedule could vary based on customer demand.
While the typical weekly hours range from 40 to 45 hours per week, overtime is not guaranteed. Employees must be flexible and able to adjust their schedule to meet seasonal demands and operational needs.
