I. Job Description:

Noble Plastics is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative with previous sales experience to join our sales team. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys interacting with customers and collaborating with the sales team on activities that contribute to meeting company sales goals.

II. Required Skills:

III. Essential Functions:

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.

  • Manage existing customers relationships.

  • Regularly assess customer satisfaction to maximize business retention and development.

  • Identify customer needs as they arise.

  • Manage customer complaints, issues, and support tickets.

  • Communicate scheduling and production updates with customers.

  • Manage the transition of projects (from the sales team) to the service delivery team once purchase orders are received.

  • Deals Management

  • Collaborate with Account Executive to advance leads through the sales process.

  • Effectively track sales activities using CRM.

  • Collaborate with Technical Sales Rep to create quotes for customers.

  • Identify opportunities with existing customers.

  • Professional Development

  • Continually strive to improve professional skills.

  • Collaborate with management to identify a meaningful professional development track, and work toward achieving those goals.

You should be proficient in:

  • Customer Service
