JSI, an LSI Industries company, is trusted by North America’s leading grocery and retail brands to create innovative and eye-catching display fixtures and millwork. For more than 30 years, JSI has been designing and manufacturing its display fixtures across its four North American locations.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our JSI team in Payson, Utah or Bangor Maine.

JOB SUMMARY: Develops and maintains good customer relations by providing and assuring high performance customer service. Coordinates sales orders with manufacturing schedules.

DUTIES:

• Directly involved with all customer concerns and assists and is responsible for resolving noted issues
• Receive customer orders by either fax or telephone
• Advise customers about order scheduling and delivery dates
• Coordinate customer orders with the manufacturing division’s production capabilities
• Other duties that may be assigned on an as-required basis

• Assures the quality of work produced is acceptable to company standards and specifications
• Maintains a good attendance record

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a two-year degree in Accounting, Business Administration or commensurate work experience
• Ability to manage multi tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with the highest degree of accuracy
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with management, production employees and customers
• Capable of learning new skills as needed
• Must be detail oriented

JOB RELATIONSHIPS:

• Reports directly to the Manager of Customer Success.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 lbs. occasionally, sitting most of the time, and only brief periods of standing and walking.

Requires minimal travel for training or customer store visits as needed.
