Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work with a top company in the Ashburn, VA area.

This is a full-time, project-based position.

The ideal candidate will need to have 1 year of Sales experience with an Associate's Degree in a related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter and check orders.
• Handle customer phone calls and emails.
• Handle quotes and issues and update RMA's.
• Post sales and quotes follow up.
• Run reports as assigned.
• Manage accounts and relationships within a territory with designated Regional Manager to increase sales growth and revenue.
• Engage daily with Regional Manager to prioritize and plan work flow, tasks and activities.
• Update relevant customer, account and opportunity information through various databases.
• Responsible for contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Other Duties as assigned.
