Customer Service Rep | Irving, TX

$18 - $20/hr.

Established and growing company in Irving, TX is looking for an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join their successful team.

Duties include but are not limited to -

Answering Inbound Phone Calls

Providing Outstanding Customer Service

Help/Assist and work with Dealers/Customers

Data Entry

Write up and log new orders

Provide Basic pricing/quotes and stock availability

Follow-up on and log contact information for orders available for pick-up

Answer e-mail Communication

Problem Solve by listening and coming up with solutions or help

Able to work in group/team setting

Bring Energy and excitement to each interaction/phone-call

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, this could change at times depending on workload and warehouse needs as well.

Desired qualities -

Self-motivated individual

Fast learner- Job will be more on the job training versus computer training

Multi-tasker- Be able to answer phones, emails, and walk-in customers

Outgoing personality- We need someone that isn’t shy to speak with customers

Dependability- Always on time and ready to work. Attendance is important so no late or calling out

Bilingual- proficient in English and Spanish since there is a influx of both languages in this sales center

Active Listener- Be able to listen and understand the different product and customer needs

Problem solver- There will be times to make judgment calls on assistance within and above their knowledge level.

Compensation: $18 - $20/hr.
