We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Account Coordinator. This position will act as the main point of contact for customers regarding manufacturing orders, scheduling updates, and ongoing account support while working closely with production and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
Part time - 25-30 hours / week
$65K - $75K based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and order-related communication
- Process and manage manufacturing orders from entry through completion
- Provide updates on production schedules, lead times, shipments, and order status
- Coordinate with production, planning, purchasing, and shipping teams to ensure customer expectations are met
- Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and order changes in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records within ERP/order management systems
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and follow-through
- Support account management activities and assist with customer reporting when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, inside sales support, or manufacturing planning
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with production and operations teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
