Customer Service Parts Associate

Locations: Burnsville, MN & North Mankato, MN

Pay: $20-$22/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Type: Indefinite assignment with long-term potential

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to support retail operations in Burnsville and North Mankato. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has a mechanical aptitude, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers with part identification and cross-referencing.
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system.
• Process invoices and customer payments, including purchase orders and credit card transactions.
• Assist will-call customers with paperwork, part pulling, and packaging as needed.
• Troubleshoot order issues and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
