Who are we looking for:
A highly motivated and persuasive Customer Relationship Specialist to join our Marketing team! Ideal candidate should have phone or face-to-face sales support experience with high attention to details along with persistence. The ability to follow up in a timely manner is crucial to reaching target goals in the role. The home location for this opportunity will be in Jackson, WI but the individual will be working remotely. 

What you will be doing:
The Customer Relationship Specialist I is responsible for verifying/gaining additional end customer and dealer information, ensuring data accuracy for and from all team members. Information primarily will be used to update/add to end-customer data in Salesforce.com, identify unresolved problems and uncover potential new sales opportunities. Calling efforts will supplement and support sales and marketing activities as well as provide ongoing data cleansing to our customer/company/contact files.
