In this role, you will support the Quality team by evaluating returned products, assisting with quality processes, and helping ensure products meet customer and ISO 9001 requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build your skills in a collaborative manufacturing environment while contributing to product quality and customer satisfaction.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Review returned products and assist with basic failure analysis evaluations.
• Support warranty claim processing and quality documentation updates.
• Assist with corrective actions and communicate quality concerns to appropriate teams.
• Help maintain calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
• Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement efforts.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 45 pounds as needed.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in a manufacturing, quality, or production environment.
• Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
• Familiarity with measuring tools, testing equipment, or quality processes.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
