Our E-Commerce team is currently hiring Customer Care Coordinators. Be part of a world-class customer care team that brings Snake River Farms products direct to our consumers’ homes. The Customer Care Coordinator will work within Agri Beef’s Marketing Department under the direct-to-consumer segment. This segment specializes in marketing premium beef and pork products direct to consumers via the website www.snakeriverfarms.com. The Customer Care Coordinator serves customers by providing product and care information, resolving product and care problems, and providing overall customer care.

Candidate must exemplify leadership, communication, time management and team building skills when working with other team members to proactively evaluate the vision and strategy of the company. This is a demanding customer facing position within the Customer Care Team in a quickly growing, direct to consumer segment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As the primary front-line customer contact via phone, email and web chat, assist customers and attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Assist marketing activities to connect customers with Agri Beef’s brands
  • Assist with updating merchandising and content of websites, as needed
  • Find, track and maintain a record of competitive promotional campaigns
  • Study industry data and trends and helps identify leading sources, blogs, etc. that influence our target audiences
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications
  • Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Customer service experience a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism and/or Business preferred but not required
