About the Role (and a little honesty):

The goal of the customer service Customer Advocate role is to deliver fast, friendly, easy, and right service every time.

This role is not for everyone.

If you prefer vague responsibilities, loose standards, or guessing your way through issues, this probably won’t feel like a great fit.

If you like clear expectations, measurable outcomes, and being trusted to own your work, you’ll likely do very well here.

The quality of your work directly affects whether a teacher can start class on time and whether a customer chooses to come back.

No pressure.
(Okay, a little pressure — but the good kind.)

What You’ll Do:

• Enter customer orders and quotes accurately
• Respond to customer questions quickly and professionally via phone, email, chat and text
• Solve issues and follow through until they’re fully resolved
• Represent the voice of the customer
• Build strong product and process knowledge
• Be dependable, your teammates count on you

This is a hands-on role. The best Customer Advocates don’t just react; they anticipate needs and prevent problems before they happen.

In your first 6–12 months, success means:

• Accurate work with minimal rework
• Clear, timely, professional customer communication
• Following through on commitments (every time)
• Growing confidence through strong product and process knowledge
• Positive feedback from customers and internal partners
• Continued growth in skills and responsibility
• Fully engaging in training, asking questions early, and being comfortable saying “I don’t know yet” while you learn

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect curiosity, ownership of learning, and steady progress.

What We’re Looking For

• Pride in doing work the right way
• Strong attention to detail
• At least 1-year of customer service and data entry experience
• Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office tools
• Focus and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
