What You’ll Do:

• Set up and maintain customer accounts in our business system.
• Verify customer shipping and billing addresses, checking for potential fraud.
• Communicate with customers to confirm information and request email addresses for invoicing.
• Review customer credit and assign credit limits.
• Update open orders based on changes to existing customer accounts.
• Assist with requests for ACH/Wire payments and invoices.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
